My background is in sales. Over 15 years, my business partner and I built a business from scratch to £8 million turnover, employing 40 people. We started off working in the same direction, but over the years, we found that we wanted different things out of life and disagreed on how best to take the business forward. Instead of our skill sets being a perfect match, they were starting to tear us apart.
We invited a
Life Planner into the company to help us agree a new strategy. The result was unexpected.
I realised that I was more passionate about providing life planning to other people than I was about continuing as a director!
I was thrilled to discover Life Planning and be part of its introduction to the UK, as I genuinely believe it will make a positive difference to the way people live their lives.

When working with businesses, I use the Life Planning process to help drive the business forward with strategies and ideas for future growth, I look to harmonise the business to life balance that is so often out of kilter for many entrepreneurs.
